Refunds

We strive to provide high-quality counselling services tailored to your needs. Due to the personalised nature of our services, we do not offer refunds for counselling sessions or packages once they have been purchased. We encourage you to contact us with any questions or concerns prior to making a commitment to our services.

Thank you for your understanding. 

For any items purchased that are digital and are delivered instantly, no refunds are offered for these products. You recognise and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase of digital products. Physical products that are not as described, in poor condition (due to non-postal error) or incomplete will be considered for a refund. Please email admin@watkinstherapygroup.com.au to discuss this.

 

Late delivery

Sometimes items shipped can be delayed in the post, Watkins Therapy Group holds no liability for items delayed due to shipping.

Digital items will be shipped within 24 hours of purchase, unless otherwise stated.

Wellbeing profiles are unique to each client, there may be at times delays in processing the link. If your Wellbeing questionnaire link has not arrived within 24 hours feel free to contact admin@watkinstherapygroup.com.au

 

Shipping

Products are sent digitally so there is no additional shipping costs. Physical items will include shipping at the checkout.

A physical printed copy of your Adesso Wellbeing Report can be sent to you for an additional fee. Please contact admin@watkinstherapygroup.com.au if you require a printed copy. Please note: payment for printing and shipping will be required before your report is sent. Additional costs may be incurred for international shipping.
