As a mother of three boys, Ellen (El) has learned the importance of prioritising self-care and adapting to the unpredictability of family life.
El has extensive experience working with clients on a wide range of challenges, including postpartum depression, childhood trauma, and growth. She has also supported families dealing with domestic violence and other traumas.
El’s approach is centered around creating a safe and non-judgmental space where individuals can share their stories, work through difficult emotions, and develop coping strategies for life’s challenges. Whether struggling with parenting, healing from trauma, or seeking emotional support.
El is committed to providing a compassionate and supportive environment. She believes in every individual’s capacity for growth and resilience, and is dedicated to supporting them on their journey.
