Steph is the Executive Assistant to Benjamin Watkins, Director at Watkins Therapy Group, and an Emerging Counsellor currently studying for her Bachelor of Counselling at Torrens University.

As a mother of two, Steph understands the demands of balancing family life, personal responsibilities and individual goals. She is particularly passionate about supporting women as they navigate life’s challenges, build confidence, strengthen their emotional wellbeing and make time for their own needs.

Steph brings a warm, compassionate and approachable nature to her work and believes everyone deserves to feel heard, valued and supported. She is committed to creating a welcoming, non-judgemental environment where individuals feel comfortable sharing their experiences and exploring opportunities for personal growth.

From 2027, Steph will be accepting a limited number of clients for free counselling sessions as she continues her professional development and journey towards becoming a qualified counsellor.

These sessions are intended to form part of her student counselling training, subject to university placement requirements and appropriate clinical supervision. They will provide eligible clients with an opportunity to access supportive counselling at no cost while Steph continues developing her professional knowledge and practical counselling skills.
